At this time, I have no availability for new clients with Medicaid, but there is a  60-day waiting list. Medicaid mental health intake and assessment, 90 minutes, H0031-$525.00. 

Initial Intake Assessment/Diagnosis and treatment plan 90 minutes 90791-$368.00

Individual Psychotherapy 50 minutes 90837- $312.00

Couple/Family Therapy 50 minutes 90847 – $350.00

My specialty is Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) $375.00 per session.

No Show (less than 24-hour notice for any reason other than emergency or illness) – $150.00.

The insurance providers I am credentialed with are Tri-West, Tricare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Moda, and Cigna.

 I do not appear in court for any reason. 

In addition, I am happy to accept clients who prefer to pay out of pocket rather than use insurance benefits. My out-of-pocket rates, according to the new “No Surprises Act,” are as follows:

Individual: $150 per 50-minute hour. Family session is $250. I am willing to lower this rate if financial needs are an issue. My scheduled hours of service are Monday to Thursday, 10-6 pm.
